Triton's website says, "Triton does all of its own design, manufacture & distribution", so I asked them to verify this in light of the apparent manufacturer of the router being discovered in Taiwan. This was their reply;

"At the time this profile was written this statement was correct, but since the introduction of our saw, router & powered respirator (which are all manufactured off-shore) we can no longer make this claim. You will notice in this profile that it makes no mention of these products.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention - we will have it corrected immediately"


Personally I don't care really, given my affinity with Taiwan, but it puts the speculation to rest once and for all.
