pine floor finishing
Whats the way to maintain a tongue in groove pine floor. Its wide grain soft yellowish pine -dunno what exactly? pine and has dents all over it. Should it have been regularly treated? Does not regularly coating it, or not having a good tough 2 pack over it mean it is more likely to get damaged. It seems even an office chairs roller wheels have made huge dents in it. Its been more than 10 years with no treatment. Whats caused it to get so weak and what should I do to stop it occuring.
