    Default locusts

    well this area of town has been hit with swarms of the things have been told they will died shortly ( short life span ?) but have also been told that they lay eggs in ground and will keep reappearing ? is this right and anyone got any ways of killing them thats not harmful to animals ( cats dogs etc )
