Congratulations on the write up of U-Beaut products Shellawax cream & liquid in the current (Nov.) "Woodturner"
pommie mag.I selectively quote ....a marvellous fusion mixture of white shellac and other waxes.....these products are some of the best kept finishing secrets in woodturning.....every turner should have a tin or two of these magnificent products in the workshop.
But then we always knew this did'nt we?
I know that Neil, being the shy retiring type that he is would be the last person to say "I told you so"!

John I concur with most of your post but where on this Gods earth did you get the impression that the Grand Poobah was a shy retiring type!!!!
Heaven forbid that the most adventurous wood craftsman this side of the black stump should be so addressed,his modesty knows no bounds and he is without equal amidst his peers and that is why he is known as the GRAND POOBAH, a title not to be trifled with by us mere mortals!
