    Dan, look at your keyboard just to the right & up a bit from your Enter key (not the one on the number pad )
    You will see a Print Screen key.
    When you press it, Microsloth Windoze takes a snap shot of the screen that can be pasted into Microsloth Applications like Paint & Word.
    Once you have it in Paint or Word, you can save it as a picture.
    Easy.
