I bought over a model Eindecker on the flight, had to hold it in my seat. Luckily my fellow passengers were understanding.
Not sure if that is the height record for an EIII?

What never ceases to amaze me was the flyers in the motels suggesting that you spend a week there, what the hell would you do????????
The Lake, 1 hour, the caves, another hour, Port McDonnell, half a day and hope its high tide and not sunny (pheewwwwwwww), dinner at the motel or restaurant and six days left to kill.Stupidity kills. Absolute stupidity kills absolutely.

I've had many opportunities to get on big 'work away' projects. Had a tase of it and decided that saying goodnight to my kids is more important. Still have to go away for the odd night here and there, and do not like it - esp. as the boss won't pay for the wine, cheap &&&& that he his.

My old boss was a god bothering teetotaller, fortunately most restaurants and motels were sympathetic to my cause and just put in a total bill for accom and meal
