Renovators delight.
Check this out. Its what you can get on the waterfront 8 mins (across the river derwent) from the city of Hobart. It sold last week for more than $800,000 including the piece of furniture shown.:eek: I'd k*ll for some of the timber in it. Cedar, Huon Pine, King Billy, Blue Gum....

Nice house, but isn't every house in Hobart 8 mins from the city centre
(and yes, I have been there) 
How much wood could the woodchuck chuck if the woodchuck could chuck wood?

I'd expect that from a Qlder where everywhere is 2000 klicks from everywhere else and it all looks the same..(and yes I've been there -dozens of times)
