Floorboard Finishing
Hi,
I have a 4mx4m room with vic ash boards which I will be sanding next week. Half the boards have old clear varnish on them (no stain) and I have replaced the other half with fresh boards due to wet rot. I've fixed the cause of the wet rot! Noe I'd like to stain the boards darker to match the rest of the house but would like to use a cabots water based urethane to finish due to ease of application, no smell and water clean up. Anyone have suggestions about stain?
Cheers!Help ma boab, the bairns goat it awe wrang!
