    Post Danish Oil

    Has anyone used Rustins Danish oil, Liberons Finishing Oil, or Watcos Danish oil? I've just read Angelika's post right down the bottom of the page and although I've been trying a few home brewed oil/ varnish/ thinners blends it sounds like I'm better off buying a commercial product. Does anyone want to share there favorite Danish Oil?

    You can try 50% Polyurethane, 25% Tung Oil, 25% Mineral Spirits.

    This is a user friendly coating, you can change any of these 3 materials to suite the different work you do by changing the formula

    I strongly suggest that you make up samples and work with the formula to get the feel of the coating.
