    Default Groucho's and others

A lot of people if not most have a clever saying/comment in their signature, proberly their favorite.
I have used a few myself , and today I heard another one while listening to the ABC cricket

Groucho Marks one of the 6 famous Marx Brothers said
" Outside a dog a mans best friend is a book , inside it's too dark to read"

So I got to thinking other than your signature how many other good sayings do you use/ know

My all time favourite is by WC Fields

"Have a nice day". Then under his breath...."Asshole"

In a group I was with a few years ago, everytime one of us said "Have a nice day " to anybody not in the group, it was interesting to watch the efforts of the others as they tried not to laugh.

I remember watching the cricket on Ch 9 a few years back, and a batsman copped a nasty one in the jatz crackers.

While he was recovering, Richie Benauld managed:

"The sort of injury where you want the pain to go but the swelling remain..."

    Loved it.

    Cheers.................Sean
