Window reveal protruding past interior plaster thickeness
Without pulling window out of the wall , how would you accommodate this issue?
Window was reinstated into existing brick work after reframing house.
Reveal protrudes at worst about 10mm past plaster thickenss at bottom of window but reveal is flush with plaster at top of window. Dare say the original brickwork is slightly out of plumb
I was thinking just packing architraves out when fitting and adding additional trim around that.?

Would you need extra trim? Some of the doorways in my house have a similar problem, and the builders just added a long tapering piece of timber to the backside of the architrave. If its outside edge is dead flush with the outside edge of the arch, you don't notice the gradual fattening.

Plane a small amount off the reveal, angle the architrave back a couple of degrees, add a small strip to the outside edge of the architrave at the bottom and build up the plaster with a bit of top coat.
As each of the above items are small each will be hard to see but combined will give the result you want.
