Bathroom floor slope to linear drain
Hi Guys,
I was hoping someone could give me some guidance on bathroom floor slope and meeting the NCC 10.2.12 for a continuous fall to all floor wastes of 1:50 to 1:80.
I have this ensuite below approved with council, currently trying to get a CC. The architect add a linear drain in the shower and a centre waste in the other section. I would like to use some large format floor tiles 600x600 and ideally slope the whole floor the full width linear drain in the shower area without the centre drain. Would this be allowed even though there is a fixed shower screen partially blocking the flow of water? A single drain would mean I need at least 40mm of slope across the floor.

Thanks

At the end of the day the certifier makes the decision, so best talk to them.

Thanks I did contact the certifier today and they provided me with a diagram by the HIA which shows the requirements of the water stop and 1.5m radius splash area from the shower rose to meet the new regs.
