Common Commercial Painting Problem
Every time I get the exterior of my building looking sharp, just a matter of months before it starts flaking off again. I'm worried it's damaging the building itself. Any advice would help?

Painting is 90% preparation.
What is the building construction and age ?
What preparation are you doing to it prior to topcoat ?
What paint brand, type and system are you using ?
