    Default glass sheets/ splash backs

does anybody know of where we might get black glass sheets to use as the walls of the shower? I am not referring to a shower screen but to the walls that are fixed to the walls of the room.

    Dimensions required are 1 x 1200 x 2050 and 1 x815 x 2050

I have enquired at GJames already and am awaiting there response.

Search for glass splashback installation in your area, there will be plenty of options to choose from. You can opt for standard glass which will throw a green hue or the more expensive Starfire glass for optical clarity. If you are going black it probably won’t make any difference but I am sure the supplier will advise
A lot of the shower screen and mirror installers do them

Have you considered acrylic panels as an alternative option?

Acrylic will only last 2-3 years before it is scratched beyond recognition.

Only if you clean it with something scratchy. I installed acrylic shower walls in our previous house and they were pristine when we sold a few years later.

Just to mention that if you choose gloss black glass, it will be like a mirror. Personal preference

I liked the idea of glass. Would be a lot easier to keep clean.

We used Laminex Aquapanel Ripple finish in our ensuite shower, and it really is easy to keep clean as there are no joins or grout within the shower enclosure.
