Bearer tie downs - Masonry Construction
Hey,
Im doing owner builder in NSW. Wanted to get some clarification if I need to tie down my bearers in fully masonry construction. I have a friend whos a builder whos telling me to strap them down with a bit of hoop iron but the code says threaded rod.
Whats the right way to do it?
