Cornice for stepped ceiling
How should we do the cornice in this bedroom?20240316_223238.jpg
The stepped part is where the old wall used to be and stretches across the room. I thought to do cornice around the rakes part of the room as per usual and then cornice on three sides of the step with returns. Better way?

Personal preference but typically you would square set the lower bulkhead section and the cornice just runs around the higher main area.
