Need to weld this hole in my boat
Hey guy's bought a boat and i knew it had a hole in the hull, today i scrapped some silicone off the hole and lifted my floor up to find there is no top access
There is silicone inside the hole, i can clean the outside with a flap disc but how do i get rid of the silicon inside the hole it's not just in the hole but it's spread all over the other side which i have no access to
Can i just clean up the one side and mig it or will the tig burn off the silicone on the other side?
The top side of the hole has a aluminium rib over it so no access at all to clean it
