Hi Daniel and welcome to the forum.
I cant say as I have never seen an Ezycut lathe but you can measure the diameter of the threaded end and count how many threads in 1''. Knowing the size you can get adapters to mount a chuck.
Most woodlathes have a morse taper either morse taper 2 or 1 on some smaller lathes so that is actually good to have. Lets you mount drive centers or drill chucks.
This forum has a turning section with many experienced turners. After you have done 3 posts you can then put up pictures which helps a lot to explain a problem.
