Default fitting dowels on slight angle

making a holder for my spring clamps. I need/want 6 dowels fitted to a pice of 18mm MDF and need the dowels slightly off horizontal so the clamps wont slip off. To be pedantic how do I get all dowel pices the same angle?

A piece of scrap planed/sawn to the angle required, clamp to drill table and rest the piece to be drilled on it, drill first hole rinse and repeat

If you have a drill press, you might be able to tilt the table to your required angle. Then all your holes will be the same.

Another method is drill a hole through a block, then cut the desired angle at one end and use as a drill guide.

fair go, so simple, proves my body & brain have been mentally stretched over past few weeks. Adult son with disabilities moving 3/4 into respite home and dear wife going through chemotherapy after ovarian cancer.

    thanks

Putting up with changes ,so I'll keep it simple clamped on drill press with piece of timber to make sure that the angle is right.
