Welcome to the forum.
To paraphrase Elvis Presley: If you're looking fortroublepricing, you've come to the right place.
Post descriptions and photos. The more detailed photos you can post, the more likely it is that you can get a fair estimate of a selling price. If there are any maker's marks or labels on motors or machines, they're particularly helpful.

Where about's are you in Perth, If you'r not too far from South Perth, I am happy to come and have a look and provide some advice. When I was a member of a mens shed I visited quite a few deceased Estates to provide advice on the sort of thing.

G'Day & Welcome to a top forum "Simon".....
Firstly sir, sorry the loss of your dad and now the awkward task of sorting and clearing his woodworking gear with your mum
If I may encourage, it's a great hobby for all sorts of folks making being creative, so rewarding and relaxing from the day to day.
Their are quite a few members in Perth and across the rest of the West plus the rest of Australia and the world.....
You'll find a heap of helpful & knowledgeable blokes & ladies on the forum and for most very willing to assist.
Make sure you show off your handiwork as everyone loves a photo, especially WIP [Work In Progress] photos with build notes.
Enjoy the forum.
Enjoy your woodwork..
Cheers crowie
PS - Simon, send a "PM" to the administration team explaining the situation asking permission to seek members assistance on the value of the woodworking gear.
Then, if you are set upon selling your dad's stuff, firstly put up a photo & condition description of some of the items as folk what it's worth.
After that it following the "market place" rules to advertise the items for sale.
I hope that helps sir, cheers crowie
