Edit . For 50mm White Oak.
For White Oak Cheapest it to buy in Pack form and maybe spend at least $10 G at a time at around $6 G a M3.
Split pack rates and your looking at $9 to $10 G a M3 at least, if you sound like a pro when buying it. If you sound like a newbie one off buyer I suspect they throw $$ on top.
Google and Ring Mathews Timber, Britton Timbers , American Hardwoods , and Designer Timber Products and get their $ rates per M3.
If your just wanting a board or two you will have to go through someone like them unless you come across a private sale that suits.
If you want enough for a project like a dining table . Like 8 to 12 boards. I can put you onto a guy who will get you better rates than the big sellers but he would be selecting what you want, and you would pick up from him. Or he could drop off to you for a delivery charge.
He's very good and supplies plenty of smaller Pro workshops.

I'm just after 4-5 metres at the moment, so I guess mathews would be my best bet?. I was ok for for those Bunnings red oak boards up until March, now they all seem to be gone.
