Help identify Australian table saw
Hi, I have this Australian made table saw and I was hoping some could help identify it or give some more info.
I've uploaded some photos of it below, including a close up of the motor.
The table saw seems to be called Rapid Junior. It's very small and heavy. It might be from the 60s.
The main thing I want to understand is what was there on the other side? There is a small table and the threaded rod extends out. It looks like it might have been a sander. It would be good get some photo of it or something similar so that I can possible replace it.
Thank you

Looks home-made to me. Maybe a small benchtop type saw built in to the stand.
I'd agree it looks like a sanding disk is missing.
If the table was adjustable in height and slides in/out, it could be for a drill chuck to drill for dowels or mortices.
