Default building a new gate at rear of complex

need to block off a rear walk way to the back of the room, building a gate 2m high. dug a hole 700mm deep for the post and bolted 2 others to the block wall and the side fence. Posts are 50x50x2mm steel.
the side fence is as beefy as the building, the steel fence has been battened off of a block wall for some reason with 40 x 50 or so steel RHS so it aint going no where.
now i have all the posts in i have measured up the gate size and will start making that today all going well.

    here we go, all completed.
you wont get an aluminium gate as strong as this one, far more solid than i ever thought it would be.

thanks. yeah i had 4 x 4m lengths of steel, just dug a hole and shoved one in the ground on day 1 and trimmed it up to meet the rest of the posts at last minute at the end.

perhaps an unnecessary question, but is that passageway intended to be an exit route from the rear yard?

If yes, I hope your new gate opens -- without needing a key or similar -- in the direction people would need it to in the event they need to exit the rear of the property.

also got another gate build coming up soon as well, replacing this crapped out aluminium 10 year old one with similar steel beefiness as above.
