Yes that's what I understand it to be. The grinder has its own setting gauge(bearing) and jointing hone attached.
That lead goes from the grinder through a hole in the machine body next to it on the right, in the body it goes down and under to the switch box on the left .
This below belongs to Giles, his recently restored RK showing the lead from the grinder. Nice!
The grinder and setting wheel can be seen . The jointing stone may have to be removed to set using the wheel ? Its not in there . Ill have to ask him that . Or he may comment ?

Yes it does have the setting roller. It's a little sticky at the moment but I'm hoping I can get it moving freely with a little lubricant.
