bandsaw milling Brisbane

Hi Everyone.

I have got a few pieces of timber available, which I would like to have milled into 25mm thick slabs.

They vary in length from 750mm to 130mm and width from about 150 to 300mm diameter.


In addition, the same tree is being cut down and will have a length of timber, approx 3m by 300 ? Mm. I believe it is a wattle tree.

Can anyone recommend a somebody who would be willing to mill this, if practical? I'd be happy to drop them off at a convenient location and collect when ready. Northside Brisbane is preferred.

Hi Mate.

I can't help right now but I have just picked up a good sized workshop bandsaw that I intend for slabbing small logs. It needs a little bit of work but it should be refurbished and in use by end of Feb.

I have all the parts so it's just cleaning and reassembly so once I get it set up you're welcome to bring the smaller logs over and have them slabbed if you still have them.
