How to mark centre of 12mm hole
Well I know it's a basicly a horrible description. But I have 12mm holes and I need to line this up mm perfect and mark another piece before drilling it out.
Any ideas.

depending what your holes are already in, use a cover plate.
as in if holes are on flat timber, tape a thin piece ply over both holes and mark out on it.I would love to grow my own food, but I can not find bacon seeds

The easiest method to transfer dowel positions is to use "dowel markers" or "dowel marking points."

but I'm sure if you search around you will find 12mm versions on the 'net.Mobyturns

If you have one to hand, a 12mm forstner bit will do in a pinch... provided they're not stopped holes.
