Default How to mark centre of 12mm hole

Well I know it's a basicly a horrible description. But I have 12mm holes and I need to line this up mm perfect and mark another piece before drilling it out.

    Any ideas.

depending what your holes are already in, use a cover plate.

as in if holes are on flat timber, tape a thin piece ply over both holes and mark out on it.

The easiest method to transfer dowel positions is to use "dowel markers" or "dowel marking points."

    Haron have 6, 8 & 10mm - Centre points Archives - Haron

but I'm sure if you search around you will find 12mm versions on the 'net.

If you have one to hand, a 12mm forstner bit will do in a pinch... provided they're not stopped holes.
