Default Flood Powerlift deck stain remover-alternatives ?

Has anyone used this ? I'm interested just how well it works.I'm also wondering if there are any alternative products as this product is hellishly expensive.
After 10 years of re-coating our pool deck (merbau) every 2 years,I unfortunately missed the last application and weathering has happened with breakthrough.I tried oxalic to no avail, the patches still show through when I gave a section a test coating so I figured I need to strip it.Any advice appreciated.

A bit of research on the product after looking at the MSDS indicates that aside from a chemical that is basic to NapiSan,yep NS ,I see that it also has a small %tage of a derivative of Methylene Chloride which we all know as paint stripper.I have my doubts on whether it will do the job.I'll probably have to do the sanding hard yards....
