Finishing
Hi I am renovating a mahogany dining table and using a (new can) one pot urethane clear gloss finish.
I have applied numerous coats both thick and thinned to different dilutions and used a 4mm nap micro fibre roller as recommended
and I get an orange peel finish. Am I doing something wrong or do I have to cut it back with wet and dry etc to get a smooth finish.
Cheers archerdlb

It sounds like the original finish might be still present on the table.
Did you remove all the original finish?
