Hi everyone
I am so much of a beginner on wood working. Years ago I did make a rabbit cage . And then I went back to work and raising two children . Didn't have much time for wood working. So I had to put it on the back burner for awhile. But now my little ones or grown and gone and I am retired. But threw the years I have been purchasing the tools to learn the craft.
I recently built a stand for a sugar glider cage, and a 6ft tall, 4 ft. Long, chinchilla cage. It's not perfect, but I learned from the mistakes I made, and didn't give up in the process of building it. I found wood working to be fun and so relaxing, and good for the soul.
So I know I will be asking some dumb questions and more than likely for suggestions and how to info...lol because I have very little knowledge on this craft.
Thank you so Much for allowing me to join,

G'Day & Welcome to the Great Southern Land and to a top forum......
There are quite a few members from across the USA and the rest of the world.....
You'll find a heap of helpful & knowledgeable blokes & ladies on the forum and for most very willing to assist.
Especially a top mob of blokes on the toymaking & scale modeling section of the forum.
Make sure you show off your handiwork as everyone loves a photo, especially WIP [Work In Progress] photos with build notes.
Enjoy the forum.
Enjoy your woodwork.....
Cheers from On Top DownUnder, crowie

Really touched that you put your own interests aside for those of your children, you are to be congradulated. This forum is probably the premier forum in terms of breadth in all things woodwork and associated disciplines. People here are in my experience accepting and understanding and also refreshing if something can be done differently or better.
I wish you all the best in your endevours...
Welcome!
