    Default Courier E-go

In the past I have used and recommended on this forum the transport company E-go. My present consignment is not going according to plan, and i recommend that members considering this company first read reviews here:
    www.e-go.com.au | ProductReview.com.au
The main problem you face when things don't go according to plan is that you cannot contact them by phone. They attempt to advertise this as a bonus! If they offered a fast response to email messages things might be OK, but they don't. So you are left in total limbo.

I used E-go a lot a few years ago, then out of the blue thaey whacked me with a massive charge, several hundred dollars. They claimed my package was much larger than the measurements I gave. Despite the fact that I had photographic evidence of the parcel size, and they could provide no evidence, they stood their ground and I got screwed.

Never used or recommended them since.

    Cheers Andrew
