can I come back?
Its been a long time since I last posted on the forum or even browsed and i can honestly say Ive missed you all,,your banter,, gay repartie,, wisdom?,, crap,, and of course all the excellent projects,, and havent some of you been busy this year!
The absence has been due to work which has been extremely hectic this year necessitating late nights and even weekends leaving very little free time for this or the workshop,, although Ive managed to aquire a few new toys that hopefully I'll now have time to play with.
I see that ive missed a hell of a lot of activity and theres still a lot to catch up on but my first port of call was the hatches and matches,,yes Ryan, the one I was against and my condolances, congratulations, and commiserations to all where applicable. I also look forward to getting to know the many new members now participating and of course catching up with all the long termers, If im allowed back that is.
Anyhow the purpose of the post was to say that Im still around and looking forward to my regular communication with all you guys at the #### end of the world
Whats the political climate like these days Peter,, any changes I should be aware of?
Catch you all later,,Kindest regards

I believe that the question should read " May I come back?"
Where/What have you been doing, that your shed/family time has been compromised?

In regard to the political climate, if I post anything on that subject the thread would be moved to the sealed section of the forum. The board has become politically correct  in your absence.
Peter.
