McJing Tools
Just a quick comment on McJing Tools.
I placed a small order at 12:26 today. I got a notification from Australia Post at 12:36 that they had my package and would deliver it tomorrow or the next day. That is what I call customer service
Well done McJings. Those were the droids I was looking for.

Always awesome service with them - had a look on a map at their location, they are 100m from Yagoona post office, which they clearly take advantage of!

I rang and asked them if they had an item in stock as sometimes not everything gets onto the website and was told it wasn't something they normally stocked. About a week later they called me back saying they had located one and I think that sort of service is unbeatable. I would buy from them at a slightly higher price if I had the choice of suppliers.

Chris, I doubt you would ever have to choose. McJing's prices are very competitive.
I've only visited their shop once and spent a really happy hour browsing and impulse buying bits and pieces which were either needed or just wanted.
I love the quiet and humble way they run their business and do it so well.

Ive bought quite a few things from McJing over the years and whenever there's been a problem they have fixed it quickly and without fuss. Back in 2007 a jaw in one of their chucks chipped and the replace the whole chuck in short order. Several times the wrong item has been sent and they quickly sent the correct item. When an item was out of or back in stock I was quickly notified. How many time have you clicked on the "notify me when in stock" button on a site and never heard a thing?

Even posting to QLD from McJings is tops last time I purchased something.
However atm Auspost is letting everything down deliveries are twice a week for parcels if they deliver to right address this if delivered by one of those Asian import trikes. If by Van then almost daily delivery.
So far I have been lucky other in the area not so.
