G'day from Wollongong
Hi Forum veterans,
My name is Daniel and i'm pumped after finding this forum and seeing how much info is on here. I'm pretty much a newbie but have always had an interest and been generally handy with building etc. Currently renovating our house and the missus seems convinced that i can fill the shiny new sections of the house with bespoke furniture with nothing more than a hammer and cordless drill, i think she just wants to keep me busy and out of sight in the garage
Honestly though, looking forward to getting into it, first few projects will be new workbench to start with, then live edge shelves for the kitchen, few picture frames, hallway shoe box/bench seat and then eventually on to more intricate pieces like TV cabinet, dining table etc. Lots to learn and hoping you all can help point me in the right direction and who knows maybe put up a few decent posts reviewing tools and stuff i buy and projects as i get into them.
Cheers.
