Benny,
I'm not in the legal profession, but think I should suggest a few changes anyway, please delete words so that your post reads as follows, my reasons are set out below:Originally Posted by bennylaird
"Legal Profession" is too descriptive and does not leave the position open to some who may have the necessary skills, but not necessarily the academic training to meet the description.
"prepared" leaves a number of options to the applicant, and may create a false sense of expectation as to what the role actually entails.
"proof read" discriminates against people with visual impairment, or those without access to basic education.
"edit" is hardly a role for one in the legal profession, are you sure you don't need a senior journalist?
"post before posting" is a serious mix of tense, and simply doesn't make sense!
"forgot" could bring a class action against you by dementia sufferers, who could form a case that you were taking the mick out of them as a group.
"checked" is far too close to the bone for the majority of Real Estate Salesmen, who used once to dress in suits made of a fabric described EXACTLY like that. You could be accused of positive discrimination in their favour.
I hope all of that is of some assistance. I would send you my bill, but haven't been able to retrieve it from where my last customer stuck it yet.
Cheers,
P

But it is a form of expression while not that popular perhaps, so best not offend the defenders of such? Judging by it's popularity by many other members other than myself?
I do support your opinion to place it at the lower end of "Wit" but is that proven by any study or are you expessing an opinion?

I must have heard it somewhere. Just thought I'd run it up the flag pole to see if I got any re-action, Ben.
