I got my wires crossed a little on the chain saws. The "Hard to start difficult to stall" reference was in fact to a chainsaw powered motorcycle.

This was the V8 chainsaw reference I had in mind: Starts with a Harley, then a V6 and then a V8.

Excellent tour Yvan. The camera on a tripod was a brilliant idea. It provided a very crisp image and made it easy to see what you were showing. Perhaps you should post some photos of your phone holding jig for us to copy!

I've made a couple of mobile tripod cradles.
They were both made from a length of SHS Al drilled/cut and folded for a firm slip on fit of the mobile which has a soft rubber like case.
The tripod connection is a standard Manfrotto quick release plate (QRP) type.
I have multiple QRPs and leave one attached to each of my camera and a mobile cradle for quick swaps.

This was the first one

This is the second one, side mounting with provision for a recharge cable.
The tripod head is a sprung ball type so it quickly flips between landscape and portrait modes.
