Default Antique Door - fixed last year, problems within months

    Hi
I made a post on Reddit - Woodworking last year about my front door:
Front Door - Crack & Discloured : woodworking
I received some (seemingly) great advice and had the door looking good. However 6 months later we had a period of exceptionally wet weather (even by UK standards) and the doors began sticking on each other, which seemed to be caused by a joint (in the bottom right corner of the original photo) coming apart.
The situation is now worse than that as various parts I repaired, either with wood filler or sawdust and glue, have cracked and come apart. This has left various holes through which rain is getting past the coat of varnish I applied.

Any tips would be great. Thanks (URL for new reddit with bigger pics: Front Door Revisited following deterioration due to wet weather : woodworking)
    I have some new pics:

Left Box: where doors were sticking/jamming together. Right box: main joint that has come apart, previously filled with sawdust & glue

The right box here is the main problem. I have no idea what to do in order to bring this together and ensure it does not come apart again. My father-in-law has suggested dowels but I am hesitant to change the look of the front of the door.

Closer pic of main problem joint

This is a split in a panel which I repaired with sawdust and glue. Looked great for a while but has now come apart, and seems to be pushing the surrounding joints out

Example of other joints which have come apart.
