    At work we have about ten freezers full of birds, animals and bits and pieces of same.

    you could always try the ALSPINE solution and spray it with silicon. the finish is already ruined after all

    Well, I'll be damned.

    After cleaning out the residual goop and mopping it out with pine-o-cleen and white king I dumped the rest of the bottle of white king in it in discust of the vile smell and closed the lid (the vapour had broken through a half face organic/inorganic vapor respirator).
    I opened it tonight, and it seems the chlorine from the white king has done it's work - no more stains - no more smell (other than white king). Hopefully after the white king smell wears off the other smell is gone..... if not it's still for sale.

    Bad news mate

    The Freezer is Toast
    you will never get the smell out ever How do I know this I have two friends lovely young ladies I have worked in the labs with who have their own business
    cleaning up crime scenes, and believe me the smell doesn't get out of car bodies so your freezer haint got a chance
    but what you found is what is commonly known in the morgue trade as
    Soup
