Bathroom vanity top
Hi all,
I am currently building a bathroom vanity unit including the top from Sydney blue gum.
I usually use oil for my projects but I am unsure if this finish is suitable for a wet area. Especially for the top.
Could I get a few suggestions of what people might recommend or have used and were the finishes successful and long lasting.
I have no spray equipment so spray finishes are out unless I get it professionally done.
Thanks
Greg

I'd be inclined to use two-part epoxy eg West System is one, there are others as well.
cheers

Growl,
I had the same dilemma and used Spar Varnish. It has held up well for 8 years and although not my choice of finish has done its job
