Don't understand putting stainless connectors to poly tube. bit like mounting diamond on zinc for a ring.

Do you mean barbed connections? If so then there’s very little in SS above 1/2” available in Australia. Dixons make SS barbed elbows and Tee splicers but only up to 1/2” in 304SS and 3/4” in brass.
You can cobble together barbed elbows and tees by using normal female threaded pipe elbows/tees and screwing in male threaded hose barbs; but obviously this is going to start getting costly.
What are you trying to build? There might be another way...Nothing succeeds like a budgie without a beak.

bugga too much red wine and tiredness dont mix.
lets try again.
we all know what poly irrigation connectors look like. now imagine a stainless piece without Barbs that would push into stainless tube/pipe and be held together with grub screws. similar to what I have since foundTwo-way_connector_clamps_GN_131-NI_Stainless_Steel.png
that is what I am after, now to wait until after weekend and contact Oceania Industrial Components Brisbane, I am already shaking at what the price could be....I would love to grow my own food, but I can not find bacon seeds

$10 each - you have to register to be able to see prices.
25mm are $15

the size reflect the nominal size of the hose used. I would not trust a 20mm to be 20mm - I'd be measuring both the fitting and the pipe really carefully with verniers first.
Some metal turning is likely to be needed for a snug fit to the
