Any idea where to source one of these in Sydney?

Try an electrical wholesaler such as Auslec / Lawrence & Hansen or NHP Electric https://portal.nhp.com.au/en-au/moto...ion/contactors
They probably wont have the exact same item physically, but will have the same thing electrically.
Good luck with sourcing it.

CNW are good electrical wholesalers; I use them regularly for work purposes.
Nothing succeeds like a budgie without a beak.

Haven't had to replace one in ages as I am retired, but it is normal for the wholesalers to sell the contactor unit and the current limit separately, as it is fairly common to have a higher rated contactor and select a current limiter with an appropriate range of current adjustment for the device being controlled. Helps to limit wholesaler inventory compared to having assembled sets with different contactor and limiter ratings.
I used to be an engineer, I'm not an engineer any more, but on the really good days I can remember when I was.
