Actually, the thought occurs that the Spanish have the famous Toledo steel so perhaps there is a or was a tool making industry. Perhaps you can enlighten us in due course.

Make sure you show off your handiwork as everyone loves a photo, especially WIP [Work In Progress] photos with build notes.
