Anyone know what this is
I found this on my garage floor, given that it was near the table saw but fairly clean and dust free I think it's a recent acquisition.
It's not off a car or any garden gear, it was near where I unpacked a welder and electronic and manual welding helmets but I've gone through the website and manuals for that gear (I thought maybe it was a handle if you wanted to hand hold one of the welding helmets) and I can't see it anywhere.
It's 170mm long and about 52mm at it's widest point.
Does anyone recognise it?

Maybe the covering from the handle bar grip of a motorcycle. Which leads to the question.
Do you remember running over that idiot on a motorcycle rushing to his funeral?

Go through your welding gear again, it looks like the handle part of those cheap facemasks they include in the box.
Nothing succeeds like a budgie without a beak.
