Giant banner adverts in the middle of posts.
Maybe it’s just my iPad but this moning I am sometimes getting giant banner adverts in the middle of post replies. They are intermittent and come and go ie. log into same post reply and they may still be there but they may have moved and are now at the bottom between the post and the reply button. When they are there, replying to a post in very clunky re type and slow.
Anyone else seeing this?

Just happened to me also on PC. Large advert at the top and a different one in the middle of the thread about upgrading the motor on a Sherwood thicknesser.

Log in and the middle one won't be there.
It is for non members/websurfers and will also show to not logged in members.
It shows below the first post, between first and second posts or in the second post.
The ad(s) at the top of the page are for logged in members and help in a small way to pay for the forums to stay online. Been there for years.
Both top and middle will show if you are not logged in. The program isn't clever enough to know you're a member if you don't log in.

Neil I was logged in. The second banner advert was incomplete, or did not load fully. I should have taken a screen shot.

I am also logged in yet I have 6 additional advertising banners spread around the posts in this thread. One of them is bang smack in the middle of Ubeaut’s post; none of them are “between posts” they are all “in posts”, at the top.

My experience is the same, I am logged in also. The pages don’t load up properly as you scroll down and it runs slower

Me too. Logged in, and getting ads in the middle of posts. Very annoying.

I too concur with the others. I stay logged in all the time, and did see the second ad (not the top-banner ad, that's expected) on more than one occasion yesterday. And given I always use the "new posts" search I had to have an "active" logged-in session...

I always stay logged in. But last night in an effort to get rid of the adds, I logged off, then back on, made no difference, the adds are still there, in the middle of every post.

I will have a 'me too' for this problem as well.
The following screenshot shows banner ads strewn throughout the post I was viewing just now.

Ads? What ads?
I have 4 different ad blockers running & rarely see any.
There are less available for the iPad but I have one, some of the ads get past it.Cliff.
If you find a post of mine that is missing a pic that you'd like to see, let me know & I'll see if I can find a copy.
