Tapatalk woes
Recently (past couple of weeks?) the new post feature in tapatalk doesn't seem to be functional.
Normally forums and threads with new posts are marked in blue, once read the blue goes..
Now, I see forums marked which haven't had a new post for days, and forums and threads which do have new posts are not marked.
Just me?

Tapatalk might need to be updated. I'll look into it.

I've just reinstalled tapatalk on my phone and it's working fine with this website. Make sure you're app is up to date, that might help?
I'll also update our version of their plugin later on today.Steve

Thanks Steven updates done regularly for TT could be part of the problem BUT it has not effected MWF or any other forum.

Sorry to drag this post up again but I’ve not received ANY notifications of new posts in any of my tagged forums in this forum ONLY. My other forums I get notifications. And I’m talking about the Tapatalk app on the iPhone.
Whenever I’ve gone into an old notification, from maybe 2-3 weeks ago, it posts up a little window with the following message “ Tapatalk plugin not installed in this Forum”.
Any ideas?

The other odd thing I noticed a couple of weeks ago, the 'refresh' button is gone.
(on the forum as a whole, still appears on an individual thread)
Refresh still available on mwf, just not wwf)

I don’t think the Mods or Admins even see these posts!

It is better to use the little triangle below the post to report a problem.

Tapatalk is a nuisance. Has caused more problems with these forums than anything or anyone else.
Best fix. Stop using Tapatalk. Load Full Site go to drop-down in bottom left corner of any screen, click on it and scroll down to Mobile Styles and click on Default Mobile Style not quite as pretty as Tapatalk but everything works as it should and any ads you see won't be going into the pockets of Tapatalk but might just help to keep Woodwork Forum up and running.
Might be a bit of a learning curve but so was Tapatalk and woodwork Forums and almost anything else new or different.
Give it a go. It's been there for as long as Tapatalk has been going and hasn't presented with any problems that I can recall over the last 10 years or so.
Cheers - Neil
