    Default Big Plastic drum/barrel

200 litre barrels are usually 600mm +/- what I am hoping to find is a drum/barrel at least 1m diameter, length ?? and also flat ends...

Have you considered making it, the shape does not necessarily have to be a barrel.

Hi Tony, if you gave us an idea of its intended use, it would be easier to help you. Are you planning on growing Barramundi????
Have you thought about using a rainwater tank????
1500 Litre Round Rainwater Storage Tank - Bushman Tanks
1500 litre unit is about 1.2m diam there is a smaller one 1000 litre is about 850mm diameter. If height is a problem quite possible to cut it down and refit the top.

nosey lil burga eh? Ive had a metal compost tumbler for years and love it, but being metal time and age is catching up so looking for something similar. A std 200l drum on a stand just does not produce the same results, being narrower it cannot hold as much therefore does not breakdown the same.
I woke up early hours this morning and had water tanks idea floating around.
