Tauco / Delta 14" wood and metal cutting bandsaw
I just picked this up, and am very pleased with it. It's a 1940's Tauco/Delta 14" bandsaw with a reduction gear box. Other than a blade and V belts it's complete. I'm planning on doing a full restoration on this, and have already ordered some urethane tyres for it. I'll also change the motor on it. It currently has a large 240V 1440rpm,1/3HP motor on it, and I'm happy to give that away to anyone who can use it. If anyone can tell me the RPM of the bandsaw wheels I need to achieve, that would be appreciated. Cheers Greg
