    Default Santa Claus at Carbatec

    Purchased a Jet 1020 Drum Sander from Carbatec 2 weeks ago, price $1249.00. Went online today to order some sandpaper rolls for the new Sander and discover the Jet 1020 is on sale, price $874.00. Not happy Jan!

    Quick check of Carbatec's pricing policy and I am entitled to a refund / credit of the difference in prices. A short phone call later and I have a store credit of $374.00. You beauty!

    Can't complain about that kind of service!

    Carbatec have approved a store credit for me as well. Certainly can't complain about that kind of service. Shows Carbatec do care about and appreciate our past and future business.

    I must say that in the past I have had a few issues with Carbatec, however my last several dealings with them have all gone smoothly and this "30 day price guarantee" is the icing on the cake so to speak. Very nice way to end the year, thank you Carbatec.
