Condolences to rwbuild (Ray)
Word has got around for some and others may not yet have heard.
Most tragically rwbuild (aka Ray) tragically suffered the loss of his wife early Tuesday morning. Without going into too much detail Ray was awakened, if I recall correctly, around 6am. Something was not right and he proceeded to administer CPR to his wife until the ambulance arrived. Sadly Genevieve could not be revived.
Many of us know Ray fondly from his active participation on the forum. As a knowledgeable and helpful person he is a real asset here. His engagement in other forum activities has been great and endeared him to our hearts.
I’ve personally had the privilege of staying with Ray and Genevieve on a couple of occasions and found them very hospitable and a real delight.
You may like to take this opportunity to offer words of support to our friend Ray. These words are something that can be a source of comfort both now and for years to come.
More details of the service will be posted when they are known.

Spoke to Ray Tuesday night and as expected he was a bit of a mess.
Spoke to him again this morning and he sounded a lot calmer.
As Dave has suggested the funeral will possibly be late next week in Richmond.
Gene was a beautiful lady and together with Ray a top couple who cared for many across the world.
I count it a privilege to have known both of them. Peter
