I used to be a purist drinking my single malts, but having read the claims that adding water gradually unlocks a range of flavours I have become more open minded.
Working through a bottle of plomari ouzo atm and I absolutely believe it is nicer with water and ice...
A couple more and I'll be seeing elephants...I'm just a startled bunny in the headlights of life. L.J. Young.
