Protecting outdoor furniture made from Sugar/Suar wood
Hi all,
We've recently bought an outdoor setting that is made of sugar wood (although I think it might actually be called suar wood) and was wondering what we should use to protect it from the elements.
It will be located under a pergola out of any driving rain but since we live in the Adelaide Hills it can get quite misty/drizzly in winter so it will get damp.
Should we use a wax, oil, varnish, combination or something else?
Cheers,
Steve
